Club Monaco and Aaron Levine Preview Fall 2013 Collection

Mar 17, 2014

Last night Aaron Levine, the current Vice President of Men’s Design at Club Monaco, walked us through his Fall 2013 collection between beers and tacos at the brand’s West Chelsea headquarters. The designer - who has also worked for Hickey Freeman, Rogues Gallery and Jack Spade – admitted that for the team, the collection was really all about wardrobe favorites. Before designing  a collection containing over 30 knits, a really solid, utilitarian based bag range, and sharp suiting, the team laid out their favorite pieces from their own closets and dissected them.  The practice resulted in standout pieces like a peak lapeled, double breasted overcoat and three new chino styles: the Connor, the Davis and the Kennedy.
