Casa Tua

Miami mainstay Casa Tua’s Aspen location re-creates the ambiance of a Swiss chalet. The downstairs restaurant offers inspired Italian fare with French and Swiss influences, while the upstairs features a members-only club.


Jimmy’s has been Aspen’s neighborhood restaurant and bar since 1997. It’s the kind of comfortable restaurant where you can dine again and again. From the fresh-squeezed margaritas to the famous crab cakes, the menu has something for everyone. Going beyond the menu, there is also live music during peak season on Friday & Saturday evening.

Steakhouse 316

This stylish concept steakhouse is set within walls accented in dark wood paneling and stacked granite detailing. Locally run by the friendly staff, this restaurant offers a hearty menu of classic grill specialties.


From sushi king Nobu Matsuhisa, the dimly lit dining room is covered in rich colored woods with Japanese artwork and features a rounded sushi bar and table-top seating. Be sure to check-out the upstairs lounge. Take note: diners are served on a first-come first-served basis.
