Returns are accepted on full priced and unused goods postmarked within 14 days of receipt. We are happy to offer a refund, exchange or store credit. All goods must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them being sold as new. Please include all original tags and packaging with return. The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses.

International orders are shipped via FedEx and shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Upon check out, you will be presented with available shipping options and charges for your shipping address. Please note, our international shipping charges do not include any taxes or duties the destination country may impose at customs. These extra charges are usually charged upon delivery and are also the responsibility of the customer.

When shipping internationally, FedEx is unable to ship to PO Boxes. Failure to provide a physical address will delay your shipment.
For many international orders, we require more information before the order can be processed. This is due to differences in international billing policies. You may be contacted by our customer service team through email to acquire additional information.
FedEx will attempt to deliver your package to the address you specify in the shipping address fields. Failure to accept your shipment from FedEx will result in the return of the package to the shipper. Any original shipping charges, return shipping charges, duties, taxes, and any other charges incurred will be deducted from the amount refunded when the rejected shipment is received. Please note that duties and taxes often take more than a month to be invoiced when a package is rejected and your refund will be delayed until the charges are invoiced.

MAN of the WORLD is happy to accept returns and exchanges on new, full-price products within 3 days of purchase. Products must be returned in their original condition.

Once the product is received, we will process your return within 3-5 business days. We offer free return shipping for items over $250.00 within the continental U.S. (excluding furniture and larger items).
If an item you have purchased is reduced in price within 3 days of your order date, we will happily adjust the sale price for you. Please note that we can only make one sale adjustment per item and goods originally purchased on sale or with a discount are excluded.

How do I earn points?
Earn 10 points for every $1 spent! Rewards are issued as coupons. Note: points are not earned for any shipping fees, taxes or discounts applied.
How do I redeem rewards?
First, you need to be signed in to your store account. Rewards can be redeemed through the Rewards Redemption Page, which can be accessed through the Rewards Widget located at the bottom of the store.
How do I use my rewards?
Rewards are issued as discount coupon codes. Remember to apply the reward coupon code on the payment page during checkout. Rewards do not work with other promotions or sales. Points are NOT transferable between different accounts. Points DO NOT have expiration date. Points CANNOT be converted into money or refunded.
