Libbey Glass

Painted Old-fashioned Glasses

Circa 1940’s, Libbey Glass released a set of glasses inspired by the first novel of the great author Charles Dickens The Pickwick Papers. These old fashioned drinking glasses are painted with a beautiful and simple graphic of three men in a bar, two of which are presumably in the middle of a toast while the third looks on. The scene on the glass combined with the color palette make them festive, joyful, and reminiscent of the holidays. A set featuring 4 of these 6 oz. glasses, they are an excellent addition to any collection.
